| Auction Items NEEDED ~ We greatly need items for the silent auction. Friday, April 11th, is the deadline for the auction item slips – but just the slips. The items themselves can come later. Carry those donation slips with you or in your vehicle this week. When you enter a business (restaurant, travel agency, hotel, etc.) or talk with a customer or friend, ask if they would be willing to donate. If they are, you have a slip available to secure the donation at that time. First and foremost, solicit those businesses that are assigned to you. We need items for the class baskets! Please help us fill the baskets! Here is a list of the basket themes: Kindergarten: Camping Basket 1st/2nd: Summer Basket 3rd/4th: Mr. Fix-It Bucket 5th: Spa Basket 6th/7th/8th: Bakers Basket Dinner Tickets also NEEDED ~ Please turn in any sold tickets ASAP and please don’t stop at just selling two. Ask your family, friends, parents of former Sacred Heart students, fellow parishioners, etc. Tickets are due back to the office Monday, April 7th. Don’t forget to buy your own tickets from the school office ASAP as well. Only $30 each for the parents and remember, they are only for our use at that price and cannot be given to someone else. Raffle Tickets: Get those tickets sold and turned in to the office. We have until just over three weeks until raffle tickets need to be turned in, so contact Marcella, [email protected], to check out more tickets and get selling. | Artículos para la subasta: Necesitamos urgentemente artículos para la subasta silenciosa. | Good afternoon Sacred Heart Families! We need more desserts for our Spring Fling Dessert Dash and we’ve found that a bakery is more open to donating if they know or recognize a frequent customer to their business. Given this information, if you have a bakery or store you frequent please ask if they would be willing to donate a dessert. If you get the initial contact going, we are happy to follow up with a solicitation letter, phone call, personal visit and pick up (wherever the location). This also applies to friends or family that may be interested in donating a desert as well. Please reach out to one of us directly.
